FRAMEWORK: TEAMS & MISSIONS

TEAMS:

"Teams" are small-member groups including TRPP cadre, youth, veterans, caregivers, responders, and other role-models. Teams complete missions and earn cool rewards including but not limited to experience-points (XPs) for reserved access to various events, trips, swag and more!

Successful teams are rewarded with reservations and all-access to fun & unique events, trips and experiences that participants will be talking about for years to come!

TRPPs teams practice communications ss a cornerstone of coaching and at each mission step, sharing planning & preparation techniques from selfcare check-ins to detailed reports on special events and experiences. 

 

  MISSIONS:

“Missions” are activities, events and tasks designed to provide TRPPs teams with unique opportunities to participate in activities for holistic development of self-care and team-based skill sets.

Successful missions result in earned  credits towards reserved seat(s) to free events and experiences, including trips, service hours awards, medals and certificates. Most team missions can be completed virtually, via phone, text, email and, or social media platform.

Missions span a variety of areas including safety, communications, self & buddy-care, mindfulness and holistic practices. Teams plan and participate in scheduled virtual and physical musters. Cadre provide support to assist teams with missions and critical resources.
